Request a Transcript

Former students may request their official transcripts via our online request form.

The former student is the only person who can request an academic transcript, however the student may share that with whomever of their choosing (let us know where and how many you would like sent).

The cost is $7 per official copy

The transcripts will be mailed via first class mail and will take 1 to 2 business days to process.

Reasons you may need an official transcript - New job, going back to college, changing licensure states, or impress party guests of your smarts.
