Does Worsham send a copy of the 1098-T to the IRS?

Yes the college submits each student's 1098-T information to the IRS each year. 

However, it is still the student's responsibility to declare this deduction on their personal federal tax return.

For ease of access and to prevent information from being lost in the mail the college is posting all 1098-T information on the student portal.
